Returns & Replacements
As we are a small candle making studio we pride ourselves in offering a flexible and personalised service. We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase, however, for your extra peace of mind, all purchases are covered by our 7-day no quibble exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). This means items you purchase can be returned for replacement or refund within 7 days of the date shipped provided they are returned in a new and unused condition, and in suitable packaging. In the event that your order is damaged in transit please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order and return the damaged items with original packaging if possible. Unfortunately The Wax Studio cannot refund postage unless the item being returned is faulty.
Shipping & Delivery
We send out orders by first class Royal Mail. We normally despatch orders within 48 hours of receiving orders / payment. If for any reason we are unable to achieve this we will contact customers by email to inform them of the despatch date. Our delivery prices are based upon the weight of items. Larger orders and commissions may be delivered by courier services, in which case arrangements will be confirmed in agreement with individual customers.
If you do not already have an account you can set one up by clicking on the word ‘Account’ in the very top right-hand corner of each page. From there choose ‘My Account’ from the list and click the ‘Create an Account button’. If you are already registered with an account you can manage your account details and view your orders etc through the same route.

You can then progress to the ‘check out’ and follow the payment instructions. Once your order is complete you will receive an automated confirmation email.
